Experience for the Job: 1- 5 Years must

Job Responsibility – 

  • Proactively attend to all complaints, questions, requests of the customers.
  • Increase the problem to the team concerned and follow up for resolution.
  • Actively and constantly gives information to customers and stakeholders about the status of the problem.
  • High level of individual wisdom to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
  • Build credibility with customers by empathizing with their problems with words, proactively understand their needs, and immediately respond.
  • Accurate documentation of all client problems via email and adhere to the process, customer support tools, and follow-up on time.
  • Highlight noise in the social space to important stakeholders in the organization and ensure rapid resolution.
  • The dress code for the interview is Formal(must wear it).
  • Dealing with various types of internal departments of Spice jet.
  • Should Perform other duties which are assigned by management.
  •   Maintaining all-important and work-related reports in excel.

Skills Requirement regarding Job –

* Candidate should be Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

* Candidate should have a good working knowledge regarding of  Ms. Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

* Candidate should have very Strong decision making and problem-solving ability

*Candidate should be able to work under pressure

* Candidate should be full of Qualities of being full of Organized, Disciplined and Result Oriented

* Candidate should be full of Courtesy and professionalism to resolve all customer issues with one call resolution only.

* Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shift (24×7)

* Prior experience in customer service will be given.
