Should have the ability to understand customers need and he should be able to identify the right customer. He should explain various products and convince Customer about the product offerings from Company.
This post has various responsibilities hence he should be able to manage different types of responsibilities which includes customer expectations and also he has to identify new business markets. He should be active in recording customer requirements.
He should be good at maintaining customer relationships with cross-selling to existing customers.
Resolving issues and queries of customers in the given time period.
